OZZY APPROVES OF KELLY’S NEW MAN

KELLY OSBOURNE is convinced new boyfriend JARROD GORBEL is the one - because her rocker dad, OZZY, approves.
The TV star was stunned when Ozzy met New York-based musician Gorbel and they got on like old friends.
She says, "Jarrod is the first guy I have ever brought home that my dad has really liked.
