CHARLIE SHEEN has lashed out at his ex-wife DENISE RICHARDS for ruining a weekend (25Aug07) trip to the beach with the couple’s two daughters.
The actor claims he struggled to enjoy his time with his kids (25Aug07), because he was being constantly monitored by Richards’ assistant.
The actor and fiancee Brooke Mueller had a court-ordered supervised visit with Sam, three; and Lola, 2; in Malibu on Saturday, amid a fresh court fight over custody agreements.
Sheen recently went public with claims he doesn’t approve of the girls’ nanny his ex-wife has hired, and he wants more relaxed visits.
And his weekend woes have simply fired him up further.
Sheen says, "Here is my and Brooke’s weekend with my kids being sullied by one of her (Richards) spies.
"That is the thing I have to put a stop to. I can’t spend quality time times I’m never going to get again - quite frankly being observed by a perfect stranger."

The 36-year-old actor made his shock comment during a recent trip to a Scottish hospice, when the father of a young patient suffering from an incurable condition asked him about his best and worst movies.
Hamish Glasgow, whose three-year-old son Hamish suffers from rare Hoyeraal Hreidarsson, says, "Ewan was really down to earth. He was great with Cameron.
He was really relaxed and you could tell he’s a really good dad.

LATEST: A 33-year-old mechanic has been arrested in connection with the robbery of KIRSTEN DUNST’s New York hotel suite.
Dunst’s penthouse at the Soho Grand was broken into on 9 August (07). The gang stole designer bags, $2,500 (£1,250) in cash, credit and ID cards, two digital cameras, a cellphone and an iPod music player.
James Jimenez, 33, was arrested on Sunday (26Aug07) and charged with burglary and grand larceny.
Police believe Jimenez was the accomplice of Jarrod Beinerman, who was arrested last week (ends24Aug07).
Jimenez’s lawyer, John Bostany tells the New York Post, "I know James has the deepest respect for Spider-Man and would never want anything to happen to Spider-Man’s girlfriend."

Disgraced American football icon MICHAEL VICK has publicly apologised for his part in an illegal dogfighting operation, which could land him behind bars for up to 18 months.
The Atlanta Falcons quarterback has admitted he financed a dogfighting operation as part of a plea agreement in Virginia to lessen prison time.
After a brief hearing in court on Monday (27Aug07), Vick staged a press conference, where he apologised for his heinous actions and revealed he has turned his life over to God as he awaits sentencing.
Vick told reporters, "I wanna apologise for all the things that I’ve done and I’ve allowed to happen… I want to apologise to all the young kids out there for my immature acts. What I did was very immature, so what that means is I have to grow up "I totally ask for forgiveness and understanding as I move forward to bettering Michael Vick the person, not the football player. I take full responsibility for my actions.
"We all make mistakes. I made a mistake and used bad judgment… Those things just can’t happen.
"Dog fighting is a terrible thing and I didn’t reject it. I’m upset with myself.
"Through this situation, I found Jesus and asked him for forgiveness and I’ve turned my life over to God. I think that’s the right thing to do.
"I think it will help me as a person. I’ve got a lot to think about in the next year or so… I will redeem myself. I have to." Vick has already been sentenced by America’s National Football League and his sponsors - NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has suspended Vick indefinitely without pay and the sports star’s sponsors Nike have pulled all advertising connected to Vick.
Richmond, Virginia, U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson spoke with Vick on Monday and will now take three to four months to review the charges against Vick and decide the football player’s fate.

British singer JAMIE T missed the chance the chance to meet one of his heroes, BOB HOSKINS, on the set of his SHEILA video - because he was seriously ill.

The BLUE hitmaker reveals she was schooled at a young age to prepare for fame - and she admits it all became too much.
She says," Dad managed me, Mom travelled everywhere with me and so much of what happened to me was great. But coming from the South, there was always this obsession with me being prim and proper and I was constantly schooled in what to say and how to behave.
"So inevitably there came a point when I had to find out who LeAnn Rimes the person was, as opposed to LeAnn Rimes the celebrity." The 24-year-old filed a lawsuit against her father in 2000, claiming he stole $7 million (£3.5 million) of her earnings. The pair have since reconciled.

LATEST: REMY MA’s alleged shooting victim has accused the troubled rapper of committing crimes in a bid to "make a name" for herself.
Makeda Barnes-Joseph, 23, was hospitalised after claiming she was shot by the hip-hop star outside a New York City nightclub last month (Jul07).
Remy Ma, real name Remy Smith, has been charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon and is currently free on $250,000 (£125,000) bail.
Barnes-Joseph was released from hospital earlier this month (Aug07), but is confined to her bed from her injuries and sees a physical therapist three times a week.
She tells the New York Daily News, "They (celebrities) feel that they can do whatever they want and get away with it. They think that because they’re rappers that they need to make a name for themselves.
"It’s ridiculous, the stupid things she’s doing. Because they’re hard-core female rappers, they (think they) have to live up to what they say in their raps.
"I sit here and I try to think every day, ‘Why is she doing that? How can she deny that?"

JAY-Z threatened to throw pop superstar RIHANNA out of the window if she didn’t sign a record deal with his music label.
The Umbrella hitmaker, 19, sang the Whitney Houston classic For The Love Of Me for Def Jam bosses when she was 14.
And the music moguls - including rapper Jay Z - were so taken with her singing they didn’t want her to leave until she had signed the contract.

The Umbrella singer believes that staying in control is the key to remaining on the straight and narrow and can’t understand why troubled young celebrities wait so long before seeking help.

LATEST: MADONNA and her husband GUY RITCHIE will be visited by a Malawian court official next month (Sep07) to determine whether or not the couple are suitable parents for 23-month-old David Banda.
The Material Girl and her director spouse started adoption proceedings for the then-13-month-old tot in October (06) after spotting him in the Home Of Hope Orphan Care Center in Mchinji. He has lived with them since.
Banda’s mother died when the baby was just one month old. His father Yohane is still alive and lives in Malawi.
Earlier this month (Aug07), the director of Malawi’s child welfare services, Penston Kilembe, said financial and administrative difficulties had prevented him travelling to London in May (07) to determine whether Banda can be officially adopted by Madonna and her husband Guy Ritchie.
However, Kilembe announced on Monday (27Aug07), he would finally be travelling to the couple’s home in London.
Kilembe says, "There has been a change of mind by my government minister and she has allowed me to leave for the UK on September 4 and I am expected to spend two weeks."
