JUDGE EXTENDS BAN ON ANNA NICOLE’S VIDEO
LATEST: A Los Angeles judge has extended a ban on the release of a video documenting tragic model ANNA NICOLE SMITH undergoing cosmetic surgery.
Earlier this month (03Aug07), Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff issued a temporary restraining order banned Texas doctor Gerald Wayne Johnson from selling or distributing the tape following a request by Smith’s partner Howard K. Stern.
On Friday (24Aug07), Beckloff extended the injunction with the same conditions against Johnson and his wife Alana.
Smith died of an accidental drug overdose in a Florida hotel room in February (07).
