WRITER HODGE DIES

Screenwriter MAX HODGE died in Woodland Hills, California on Friday (17Aug07).
He was 91.
Hodge is best known for creating the Mr. Freeze character for the 1960s Batman TV series.
In the 1960s and 1970s, he also wrote for television shows including Wild Wild West, Dr. Kildare, Ironside, Mission: Impossible, The Waltons, Chips and The Girl From U.N.C.L.E.
