SPEARS’ LAWYER TO QUIT?
BRITNEY SPEARS is facing being dropped by her high-profile attorney LAURA WASSER.
Wasser has been representing the Toxic singer in her custody battle against ex-husband Kevin Federline, but reports allege the lawyer is seeking to drop Spears as a client over the legal wrangle.
TMZ.com reports Wasser has given Spears the details of other lawyers to help her through the custody battle which will decide the fate of sons Sean Preston, 23 months, and Jayden James, 10 months.
Spears was spotted fleeing her lawyer’s office in tears on Wednesday (15Aug07) after a meeting to discuss her custody battle with Federline.
