COMEDIAN HANDELMAN DIES
American TV comedian STANLEY MYRON HANDELMAN has died of a heart attack. He was 77.
Handelman passed away at Mission Community Hospital in Panorama City, California on 5 August (07).
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Handelman is best known for his frequent appearances on U.S. television in the 1970s, including The Tonight Show, The Ed Sullivan Show and The Merv Griffin Show.
Handelman also wrote material for his friend Rodney Dangerfield, the comedian who died in 2004.
