JAMELIA SPLITS FROM SOCCER LOVER
British pop star JAMELIA has split from her soccer star boyfriend DARREN BYFIELD after three years together.
The Thank You hitmaker gave birth to their first child together, daughter Tiani, in October 2005. Jamelia also has a six-year-old daughter, Teja, from a previous relationship.
British newspaper the Daily Mirror reports Jamelia and her two children have moved out of the couple’s shared home in Kent, England, and returned to her family in Birmingham.
The couple denied newspaper reports last year (06) that Millwall soccer ace Byfield cheated on Jamelia with glamour model Jaclyn Evans.
The singer’s spokesman says, "Jamelia and Darren have sadly parted, but it is an amicable split."
