PINK & BASSEY PLAN DUET
Pop star PINK was so impressed by DAME SHIRLEY BASSEY’s version of her hit GET THE PARTY STARTED, she is planning a duet with the veteran singer.
Bassey recorded a version of the hit track for an album of the same name earlier this year (Jun07) to celebrate her landmark 70th birthday.
And Pink - real name Alecia Moore - admits she was so pleased with the star’s album, he is planning a future collaboration.

The rocker admits he shunned the vibe of open-air spectaculars for more than 30 years.
But Gillespie says he warmed to the concept of live gigs during a tour of Europe in the late 1990s.
He says, "First time I went to a festival was when our manager forced us to play at (English festival (Glastonbury) in 1992.
"I don’t like the whole hippy thing. I liked the actual show but hated the vibe. It was around the time festival organisers got wise that you couple put on other kinds of bands.
"I grew up during punk rock and none of the bands I liked would have been seen dead playing them. But when we began playing festivals in Europe and Scandinavia I got a bit more into them."
