FEDERLINE CONTINUES CUSTODY BATTLE WITH COURT ORDER?
KEVIN FEDERLINE has stepped up his custody battle with ex-wife BRITNEY SPEARS by filing an order to show cause for primary physical custody of their two sons, according to reports.
Spears’ parenting of Sean Preston and Jayden James has been criticised in the media and the pop star’s recent behaviour on video and photo shoots have raised questions about her emotional state.
And it seems Federline shares those concerns - his lawyer filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday (08Aug07) outlining why he deserves sole custody, according to People.com The couple’s divorce was finalised last month (30Jul07). At the time, they agreed to joint custody.
