LETHAL WEAPON 5 READY TO ROLL IF GIBSON AGREES
MEL GIBSON fans dreaming of a fifth LETHAL WEAPON movie are on the verge of having their prayers answered - franchise director RICHARD DONNER is all set to go on another sequel if the movie mogul signs up.
Nine years after Lethal Weapon 4 was released, Donner is keen to reunite Gibson with co-star Danny Glover for another action spectacular.
He tells website Moviehole.net, "It’s up to Mel. If he says yes then there’s another Lethal Weapon. I have a great story, I’d love to do it and put Lethal Weapon to bed.
"If they want to go and make it without Mel well, go ahead and be my guest but it’s not for me. Mel is Lethal Weapon."
