Supermodel JODIE KIDD’s 18 month marriage to husband AIDAN BUTLER is almost over after a 60-second divorce hearing at a London court on Friday (03Aug07).
Neither were present at London’s High Court and Kidd has not contested the divorce, but the catwalk beauty has claimed that her internet entrepreneur spouse’s citation of "unreasonable behaviour" was false.
And legal papers suggest that Kidd had no knowledge of her partner’s plans to put an end to their union until she received his petition.
The pair met while taking part in a Gumball Rally race in 2004, and married a year later (Sep05) - but they confirmed reports of a split earlier this year (Apr07) after Kidd was photographed without her wedding ring.
