PRESLEY’S FARM UP FOR SALE
The Tennessee farm ELVIS PRESLEY bought in 1974 is on the market for $4 million (£2 million).
Presley bought the 70-acre estate and owned it until just before his death in 1977.
The rural property, which is up for sale on auction website eBay, features a rustic cabin, hay fields, ponds and a barn, and comes with livestock.
The realtors behind the sale are hoping The King’s connection to the farmland will prompt a concert promoter to turn the site into a modern day Woodstock.
The sales pitch reads: "The property would make an ideal golf course or concert venue. The natural contour of the acreage would make this farm especially ideal for a concert venue.
"It goes without saying that the historic aspects of this farm would make the marketing of a concert venue unlimited and in a league of its own."
