ELTON CALLS FOR INTERNET BLACKOUT

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 8:20 am

SIR ELTON JOHN is convinced the only way to save music is to shut the Internet down.
The British pop superstar fears there’s "too much technology available" and it’s starving musical creativity.
He says, "I do think it would be an incredible experiment to shut the whole Internet down for five years and see what sort of art is produced over that span.
"I’m sure, as far as music goes, it would be much more interesting than it is today." And Elton looks forward to a musical revolution - from a new punk.
He adds, "We need something like jazz or hip-hop or punk to come along and shake things up… I think the disenchantment of this moment has got to come out.
"I hope whatever it produces will be even fiercer than punk. We need something to do that - and we need it quickly."

    1. Evidently, we “little people” should go outside to sing and dance with our neighbors instead of working for a living. This is not to disparage Elton John’s talent, he is objectively brilliant, but when liberals get money or power there is no telling just how pompous and ignorant they become.
