Puerto Rican pop star NOELIA’s troubles have started to mount up - her mother has revealed she’s bipolar a day after news of a sex tape leaked.
As the singer fights her ex-boyfriend over the latest celebrity sex tape scandal, her mother Yolandita Monge has gone public with the disorder that plagues her daughter.
Monge admits she’s sickened by the news of the sex tape, but it’s only one thing her daughter needs to worry about.
In a recent interview with La Prensa, she explains, "She is bipolar, in addition to having other conditions which I will not disclose, but the problem is that she does not take her medications."
