AUSSIES CLAIM RICHIE’S BABY AS THEIR OWN
Australians are claiming NICOLE RICHIE’s new baby as their own after working out THE SIMPLE LIFE star conceived her child Down Under.
The socialite confirmed reports she’s expecting boyfriend Joel Madden’s child in a recent interview with American newscaster Diane Sawyer, which will air on Thursday (02Aug07).
And now Aussies are urging the star to name her child after the city where the baby was conceived.
The Sydney Daily Telegraph boasts, "If our calculations are correct it may have just been conceived in Sydney." Richie told Sawyer she is four months pregnant.
The Telegraph’s editorial continues, "That would put the time of conception about the time she was in downtown Sydney for the MTV Australia Music Awards with her rock man Joel Madden.
"Between soundchecks and trips to Taronga Zoo, the couple must have found time for some monkey business of their own in the luxury suite they shared at Sydney’s Hilton Hotel."
