LATEST: Actors LIEV SCHREIBER and NAOMI WATTS welcomed baby boy ALEXANDER PETE SCHREIBER on Thursday afternoon (26Jul07), it has been confirmed.
The Hollywood couple’s first child weighed in at eight pounds and four ounces (3.74 kilogrammes) when he was born at 3.59pm local time in a Los Angeles hospital.
Reports claiming Watts had given birth surfaced early on Friday (27Jul07) with the news now been confirmed by the couple’s spokesman.
Mother and baby are resting comfortably in the hospital, close to the couple’s Brentwood, California mansion.
