YAYO REJECTS JAIL DEAL
Rapper TONY YAYO has rejected an offer of a nine month jail spell in exchange for pleading guilty to assaulting a teenager.
In March (07), the G-Unit star - real name Marvin Bernard - was charged with assault, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after reportedly lashing out at 14-year-old James Rosemond, the son of The Game’s manager Jimmy Rosemond.
Yayo has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is free on $5,000 (£2,500) bail.
His lawyer, Scott Leemon says, "It’s not even a good offer for a guilty person, and Tony denies the allegations absolutely." The case has been adjourned until 6 September (07).
