RIHANNA’S REIGN IS OVER AS UMBRELLA TUMBLES
RIHANNA’s reign at the top of the U.S. pop charts has ended after seven weeks her UMBRELLA anthem has been toppled by the Plain White T’s.
The rockers have claimed their first Billboard Hot 100 number one after Hey There Delilah took five weeks to climb to the top.
Rihanna slips to number two, while Fergie’s Big Girls Don’t Cry remains at number three.
The highest new entry on the chart belongs to Soulja Boy, whose Crank That (Soulja Boy) debuts at number 47.
Meanwhile, Prince is enjoying quite the chart comeback; his new song, Future Baby Mama, becomes his highest entry since 1999 - at 59.
