WINEHOUSE PLAYS GIG, CONFOUNDS BOOKMAKERS
LATEST: AMY WINEHOUSE has confounded British bookmakers by showing up to play a concert on Tuesday (17Jul07), following a string of cancellations.
The Rehab singer called off three recent performances, citing "exhaustion", and led gambling chain William Hill to offer 1/2 odds on Winehouse appearing at the Eden Project in Cornwall, England on 17 July.
However, Winehouse fulfilled her commitment by playing the gig.
