MUELLER DENIES IMPENDING SHEEN MARRIAGE
CHARLIE SHEEN’s fiancee BROOKE MUELLER has quashed rumours the pair are to wed soon.
The couple announced their engagement last Tuesday (10Jul07), after the Platoon star proposed to the 29-year-old real estate investor with a $500,000 (£250,000) ring on a Costa Rican beach.
The pair dated for 15 months before the engagement, but Mueller insists she and Sheen want to enjoy their betrothal.
She says, "I definitely want a big wedding but Charlie and I haven’t planned anything yet.
"We just got engaged and both of us want to enjoy the journey right now. We really want to live this part of our lives." Mueller admits she was shocked when Sheen proposed: "I was totally caught off guard when he popped the question! "We were having a romantic dinner in the hotel room with room service when he asked me to marry him. I was thrilled. I smiled all night and kept looking at the ring because it was so beautiful."
