SPELLING: ‘IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT’
Actress TORI SPELLING and husband DEAN McDERMOTT fell in love the moment they first locked eyes - despite being married to different partners.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 star knew she would marry her Mind Over Murder co-star the moment she first met him - and insists she has no regrets about divorcing her then-husband Charlie Shanian.
Spelling says, "I met him, I shook his hand and that was it. It was literally love at first sight. Seriously it was, and whenever I tell someone, they’re like, ‘Oh, sure.’ But honestly it was the type of love you see in movies, in fairytales, like that love I never believed in.
"It was incredibly difficult and yet incredibly necessary because the love was so intense. Even though we might be making a situation difficult for others, how do you turn back?"
