WELCH IN FEMME FATALE ROLE
Veteran actress RAQUEL WELCH is set to play a seductive female lead role in an upcoming TV show - despite being 66 years old.
Welch landed her first TV role in a new CBS show, The Captain, alongside Jeffrey Tambor and Chris Klein - but was stunned to even be considered.
She says, "It’s wonderful to be breaking fresh ground at this stage of my career. I did remind them of my age but they still said they wanted me to play a femme fatale."
