The 18-year-old actor – who plays Ron Weasley in the hit films and also starred in ‘Driving Lessons’ with Julie Walters – thinks his unusual vehicle is "cool".
Rupert said: ‘I don’t know why I bought it, but it’s really cool.
"I’ve always had an interest in the ice cream industry. It’s really cool - it’s got a freezer in the back and a big kitchen with sinks. It’s got a bell that plays a tune. It’s really cool." The young actor – who dropped out of school at 16 – may even become an ice cream man if acting does not work out.
He said: ‘I’ve got to do other things after ‘Harry Potter’ so I’ll just see what happens. I’ve still got my ice cream van if it doesn’t all work out, so I’ll be all right.’
