SPICE GIRLS TO PERFORM FOR THE STARS IN ONE-OFF TV SPECIAL
The newly reunited SPICE GIRLS are set to perform a one-off live show for guests like SIR ELTON JOHN and ROBBIE WILLIAMS, with a host of other celebrities beamed in via satellite from countries across the globe.
The British pop group announced dates for their worldwide tour on Thursday (29Jun07) and they are said to be filming a two-hour gig with a question and answer session just for the stars.
The two-hour show will reportedly be broadcast as a TV special, which has already sparked a fierce bidding war between British networks BBC and ITV, according to U.K. tabloid reports.
The Spice Girls’ reunion will see the group release a greatest hits compilation and embark on an 11-date tour taking in London, New York, Las Vegas, Hong Kong, Sydney, Madrid, Cologne and Beijing.
