DUHAMEL BLASTS HOLLYWOOD ELITE’S SOAP SNOBBERY
JOSH DUHAMEL has hit out at the stigma attached to soap actors who make it big in Hollywood, admitting such snobby discrimination irritates him.
Duhamel, who found fame in U.S. TV show All My Children, is proud of his soap opera heritage and likes to remind people that revered actors like Oscar winner Alec Baldwin started their careers in American soaps.
Duhamel says, "It ticks me off because there are a lot of really good actors who have come from soaps and have done really well.
"Alec Baldwin was on a soap for two years."
