SPECTOR TO GIVE HIS FIRST INTERVIEW TO THE BBC

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 1:29 pm

Troubled music producer PHIL SPECTOR will give his first extensive TV interview in 35 years after granting an exclusive one-to-one with the BBC.
The BBC2 Arena film The Agony and Ecstasy of Phil Spector will be made from 50 hours of footage conducted during the famed producer’s murder trial.
Spector is accused of the fatal shooting of Lana Clarkson at his California home in February 2003. He has pleaded not guilty and claims Clarkson fired the fatal shot herself.
The film’s director Vikram Jayanti says, "He hasn’t let anyone film him for a documentary in 35 years. But he doesn’t treat me as a supplicant. We are talking very frankly." The film will appear on British television screens later this year (07).
