GREEN DAY are following in the footsteps of stars including BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN and ERIC CLAPTON by designing their own T-shirt to raise money for the Darfur region of Sudan.
The Green Day Signature Series T-shirt will be sold exclusively at Hard Rock stores globally from 12 July (07).
All monies made from the exclusive shirt will go to charity Amnesty International’s campaign to stop genocide in Darfur.
Green Day also recently recorded a version of John Lennon song Working Class Hero, which features on a new charity album of Lennon covers, Instant Karma: The Amnesty International Campaign To Save Darfur
