OPEN AUDITIONS FOR HARRY POTTER
The producers of the sixth HARRY POTTER film will search for character Ron Weasley’s girlfriend at open auditions in a London arena next month (01Jul07).
The move follows last year’s (06) successful casting call, which helped the studio find Evanna Lynch and Katie Leung to play Luna Lovegood and Cho Chang respectively in Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix, which is released next month (Jul07).
Producers are looking for strictly British teenage girls to attend the audition at London’s Earls Court Exhibition Centre on 1 July, before they will seek a teenage boy to play Tom Riddle on 8 July.
