EVANS SEEKS DIVORCE TRIAL DATE
Country star SARA EVANS has filed legal papers to set a trial date for her divorce from estranged husband CRAIG SCHELSKE.
The Cheatin’ singer has submitted court documents in Franklin, Tennessee accusing Schelske of refusing to be bound by the terms of a mediation agreement the former couple made in May (07).
Evans’ legal papers claim a parenting plan formed part of the agreement reached.
Evans and Schelske were married for 13 years - both accuse the other of having an affair. She filed for divorce in October 2006.
