The ‘Bridget Jones’ star is looking forward to working with director Steven Spielberg on ‘Indiana Jones and the City of the Gods’.
Broadbent revealed: "I’m doing a good cameo so working with Mr Spielberg should be an experience. I’m going to Yale where I’m going to be a professor in the film." The Oscar-winning ‘Iris’ actor will join an all-star cast including Harrison Ford - who is reprising his role as the thrill-seeking archaeologist - John Hurt, Ray Winstone and Cate Blanchett.
Sean Connery recently revealed he would not be returning as Indiana’s father Professor Henry Jones, who he played in the third film ‘Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade’ 18 years ago.
Broadbent recently starred in hit comedy ‘Hot Fuzz’ and his latest role sees him play a terminally ill cancer sufferer in ‘And When Did You Last See Your Father?’.
‘Indiana Jones and the City of the Gods’ is due to be released next spring.
