WHITE: ‘FATHERHOOD HAS MADE ME MELLOW’
Being a father has changed WHITE STRIPES rocker JACK WHITE’s outlook on life, leaving him a mellow version of his former self.
The star is father to 13-month old Scarlett Theresa with wife Karen Elson who is currently pregnant with the pair’s second child - and believes his new role has altered his attitude to confrontational behaviour.
He says, "It changes everything. I’m a very protective person and there’s a big side of me, that when situations come up, things will happen.
"Sometimes there’s a voice inside of me that says, ‘This element needs to be removed.’ But when you see life through a child’s eyes, you take on a whole different protective nature."
