NOEL GALLAGHER SLAMS BANDS’ BEATLES EFFORTS
Oasis star NOEL GALLAGHER cringed after hearing RAZORLIGHT and the KAISER CHIEFS’ songs on a new SGT PEPPER’S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND tribute record because they are so terrible.
A host of bands are performing on the tribute record, which celebrates the 40th anniversary of the landmark album’s release - with Oasis performing Within You Without You.
And while Noel was delighted with his contribution on the album, he was less than impressed with others’.
He says, "I was watching Kaiser Chiefs and Razorlight on the documentary and with the greatest respect to those two bands, it was embarrassing. I was embarrassed for them."
