Beloved U.S. broadcaster BARBARA WALTERS had another Hilton treat in store for her when she unveiled her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday (14Jun07) - imprisoned Paris’ mother Kathy and sister Nicky were among those paying tribute to the interviewer.
Walters kicked off the week by chatting to Paris after the troubled heiress called her from the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles.
Hilton told Walters, a long-time pal of Kathy Hilton’s, "I used to act dumb.
That act is no longer cute. Now, I would like to make a difference. God has given me this new chance." Walters is expected to land the first primetime TV interview with Hilton when she’s released from prison on 25 June (07).
