STEWART’S SON SEAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT & VANDALISM
LATEST: Rocker ROD STEWART’s son SEAN has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism following an April (07) incident in which he is accused of attacking two people sat in a car.
On 21 April, Stewart and his friends were denied entry to a Hollywood Hills party and allegedly began throwing rocks and trash at guests as they left the bash.
Witnesses say the 26-year-old reality TV star and his pals attacked two revellers as they sat in their car.
According to a lawsuit filed by the couple inside the vehicle, Stewart was "swinging his arms, punching, throwing bricks and other items".
Police arrested and charged Stewart yesterday (12Jun07). He has since been release on $60,000 (£30,000) bail, reports website TMZ.com.
Stewart has previously been in trouble with the law for drug and assault charges, resulting in a three-month stint in jail in 2002.
