It’s an old dog’s life

Posted in: Bizzare Stories — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 6:55 pm

A nursing home for dogs is set to open in Japan.
The ageing pooches will get round-the-clock monitoring by doctors and will live with a group of puppies to help them feel younger.
Owners will pay $800 a month to keep their beloved pets at the Soladi Care Home, where the dogs will be fed specially fortified food.
A boom in pet ownership in Japan, along with better health care and a more balanced diet, has led to a surge in elderly pets in Japan.
This has spurred doting owners to turn to vitamins, aromatherapy and even acupuncture to help their companions through their old age.
