Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 6:32 pm

South Korean pop star RAIN has been forced to cancel his planned tour of the United States after an American band called Rain filed a lawsuit against him.
The singer, real name Jung Ji-Hoon, was set to begin his U.S. tour on Saturday (15Jun07), but has postponed the gigs after he was served by the suit.
The band Rain sued the 25-year-old singer in a Nevada court in February (07), protesting at the latter’s plans to use his name in the U.S.
Star M Entertainment, organiser of the singer’s world tour, says, "We have postponed the U.S. tour. We will push for it as soon as the legal case is settled."
