FRYE’S SESAME STREET WORKOUT
Actress/director SOLEIL MOON FRYE adopted a bizarre method to shed her baby weight - she danced around to Sesame Street songs.
The Punky Brewster beauty gave birth to daughter Poet Sienna Rose with husband Jason Goldberg in 2005.
But she had no problem getting back in shape following the birth because the feisty tot kept her constantly on her toes - thanks to the kids TV show.
She says, "I’m always running after her! And we do dance parties in the bedroom, so a lot of our exercises are about putting on Elmo and dancing to Elmo’s World (on Sesame Street)."
