NEWSPAPER APOLOGISES FOR FURNISH CRITICISM

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 6:16 pm

British newspaper The Times has apologised for criticising SIR ELTON JOHN’s husband DAVID FURNISH for hiring a private jet to fly his father to America for hospital treatment.
The star appeared hypocritical in a story published yesterday (01Jun07) after blasting the new Michael Moore movie Sicko - which slams the U.S. healthcare system - then paying over the odds to fly his father on a private jet to the U.S.
In fact, Furnish’s father took a commercial Air Canada flight.
