GALLAGHER’S SPACE GIFT TO NOEL
British rocker LIAM GALLAGHER has reportedly treated his brother NOEL to a £107,000 ($214,000) trip to space for his 40th birthday.
The Oasis stars were celebrating the guitarist’s birthday at London nightclub Kitts this weekend (26-27May07), when Liam presented his elder sibling with the extravagant gift.
But the Wonderwall hitmaker will have to wait until 2012 to enjoy his trip on board Virgin Galactic’s SpaceShipOne.
An onlooker says, "It was quite funny when Liam gave Noel the documents.
"They shared a hug but Liam was soon taking the piss out of Noel. He seemed very amused that William Shatner is also going to space."
