URBAN: ‘KIDMAN HAS CHANGED ME FOR THE BETTER’
Country star KEITH URBAN credits wife NICOLE KIDMAN with making him happy, insisting his relationship with the actress has made him a "changed man".
The singer reveals he felt an instant bond with the actress when they first met in 2005 that had nothing to do with her high-profile Hollywood career. They married a year later (06) in Sydney.
He says, "Well, there was something (between him and Kidman), a good connection. Something indefinable. There was a familiarity to her, of course, but it had nothing to do with who she is professionally.
"You know, it was a different kind of familiarity, a mystic familiarity.
(Since the marriage) I am more selfless and I am learning so much about myself from loving her. I am more comfortable with who I am because at the core I’m happy. It’s a beautiful journey."
