PRINCE GIGS SELL OUT IN MINUTES
Veteran musician PRINCE sold out 140,000 tickets for seven London gigs in just 20 minutes today (11May07) - crashing an online booking website in the process.
The Purple Rain star earlier this week (begs07May07) announced he will perform 21 concerts in the British capital later this year (07).
The sold out gigs will all take place at the O2 Arena, formerly the Millennium Dome, in August and September.
Organisers have now added another eight concerts at the same venue, which are also expected to sell out extremely quickly.
