McBRIDE FILES RESTRAINING ORDER
Country star MARTINA McBRIDE has filed for a restraining order in a bid to protect herself from an obsessed fan.
In documents filed in Nashville, Tennessee on Tuesday (08May07), the singer claimed Ricky D. Fissel has unexpectedly appeared twice at her home in recent weeks, concerning her husband, who opened the door to him.
When John McBride alerted the authorities to his concerns, Fissel’s home was searched and investigators found a newspaper article with hearts drawn around a photo of the singer.
Fissel will appear in court on May 11 (07).
