HARMONICA PLAYER CAREY BELL DIES
Veteran blues harmonica player CAREY BELL has died of heart failure. He was 70.
Bell passed away on Sunday (06May07) in Chicago, Illinois.
Born in Macon, Mississippi, Bell wanted to play the saxophone as a child, but ended up mastering the harmonica because that was all his family could afford.
He went on to play with legendary bluesmen Muddy Waters and Willie Dixon.
