MARTIN BUYS MANHATTAN HOME
Latin heart-throb RICKY MARTIN has reportedly bought a $7 million (£3.5 million) condominium in New York City.
The She Bangs singer, 35, has purchased a three-bedroom apartment in Noho, Manhattan, according to the New York Post.
Martin has been without a home in the Big Apple since selling his Time Warner Center apartment last October (06) for $9.75 million (£4.8 million).
In February (07), Martin put his Miami Beach, Florida mansion up for sale for £16.9 million (£8.4 million).
