WILLIAMS: ‘IT’S DEAD GOOD FUN AT THE CEMETERY’
British pop singer ROBBIE WILLIAMS is shunning his A-list pals in Hollywood to spend time graveside with stars of the past.
In his first video blog posting since entering rehab in February (07), the ANGELS hitmaker reveals he’s desperate to pay homage to idol Dean Martin.
He asks an online pal, "Should we play Fifa 07 on the Xbox - or go to Dean Martin’s grave? "My dad read two Dean Martin obituaries and umpteen Dean Martin books. He is a massive fan and I’ve always thought for sometime I should go down and pay my respects to him.
"But at the same time I thought, am I disturbing him?" It’s not the first time Williams has confessed an affinity with the spirit world - after recording 2001 album Swing When You’re Winning, the pop star revealed, "I like to play it when I’m at home and Frank (Sinatra) approves. I can feel his ghost there watching over me. It’s a wonderful thing and I hope he feels I have done credit to his songs."
