MUSTAINE: ‘NO REGRETS OVER DRUG ABUSE’

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 6:52 pm

Rocker DAVE MUSTAINE has no regrets over his drug past - insisting it’s made him a better person.
The Megadeth frontman, who was fired as Metallica’s lead guitarist in 1983 following drink and drug abuse, believes he needed to experience the addiction in order to become the person he is today.
He says, "I had to go through all that stuff. Sure, I went through some really hard times, I hurt a lot of people during those times and I hurt myself a lot too, which I feel bad about.
"But I had to go through that, and deal with it all, and without it, my life would be totally different. My problems got very bad, but it was all a learning curve."
