WIFE OF DIRECTOR DENIES HUSBAND’S AFFAIR WITH KYLIE
The wife of film director ALEXANDER DAHM has blasted reports her husband is having an affair with pop superstar KYLIE MINOGUE, insisting the pair are "just friends".
Speculation of a love match arose after the Spinning Around star was pictured hugging Dahm at Chile’s Santiago Airport on Wednesday (02May07), where she is said to be holidaying with the father-of-one, sparking rumours of a new man in her life.
The pair originally met in Acapulco, Mexico, in January (07) while Kylie was modelling bikinis for her beachwear range for European fashion store H&M, and they have since developed a close friendship.
But his pregnant wife Laura has dismissed speculation of an affair between Minogue and her husband, calling the reports "ridiculous".
She says, "Alexander and Kylie have struck up a friendship. But it’s ridiculous to think there is some sort of affair going on. There isn’t, they’re only friends and I’m not worried…
"It’s actually funny to think her and Alexander could be involved in a romance… Alexander is there for work and I have nothing to worry about."
