Moviemaker RIDLEY SCOTT still isn’t finished with sci-fi epic BLADE RUNNER, 25 years after the film’s release.
The director has reportedly shot new footage with Joanna Cassidy, the actress who played one of the escaped replicants in the 1982 movie.
The new scene will appear in a new recut version of the film, according to FilmStew.com.
Scott is reportedly preparing an ultimate director’s cut version of the film to mark its 25th anniversary. An earlier director’s cut of the film has been disowned by Scott.
Actress Cassidy played the replicant Zhora in the original film and reveals on her own website that she wore the original costume from the production for the new scene.
