GOLDMAN’S SISTER PLANS TO ‘CRIPPLE SIMPSON FINANCIALLY’
The sister of RON GOLDMAN wants to get "cripple" his former accused murderer O.J. SIMPSON financially because it’s the only way she can get justice for her brother.
The former US football star was acquitted of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Goldman in 1994, but has since been ordered to pay their families £33.5 million (£17 million) after a civil jury found him responsible for their deaths.
Last year (06), Simpson wrote the book If I Did It, placing him hypothetically at the scene of the murder, but his publishing contract was terminated by News Corp head Rupert Murdoch 10 days before it was due to be released.
Kim Goldman does not object to the memoirs being published, but does not want Simpson to profit from the murders.
She says, "Crippling ‘the killer’ financially is now the only thing that will hurt him.
"He still has his fame and his wealth, which is why I want to see at least one of them taken from him, in order to secure some sort of justice for my brother."
