Actor LEONARDO DiCAPRIO has topped a list of the most influential people who shape the world.
The Aviator actor will appear in the list by America’s Time magazine on Friday (04May07), along with US TV host Rosie O’Donnell, comedian Sacha Baron Cohen and British monarch Queen Elizabeth II.
Director Martin Scorsese, who also features in the poll praises DiCaprio for being a "true actor" in the magazine.
The list includes 71 men and 29 women from 27 different countries and includes George Clooney, Justin Timberlake and Arnold Schwarzenegger. As well as a separate list of 14 power givers, featuring Angelina Jolie, Bill and Melinda Gates and Queen Rania al-Abdullah of Jordan.

She tells America’s Parade magazine, "I saw this movie on Mt. Kilimanjaro about four years ago, and ever since then I’ve been obsessed with climbing it one day.
"At this point, I’m in no shape to be climbing a mountain, but I will get in amazing shape someday and I will climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. I have no choice - I have to do it." The actor discovered the imposter when a man approached him in the street believing he had befriended Bloom online.
But the Pirates Of The Caribbean star has no hard feelings towards his impersonator.
He tells Gotham magazine, I heard about him in a really weird way. This guy approached me in my hometown and said something like, ‘I’m Angel.’ He had this mad look in his eye. I was like, ‘You’re who? That’s a funny name for a guy.’ And he said, ‘I’m four down on MySpace. You’re on MySpace, right?’ And I said, ‘I don’t even know what it is!’ I’m not on it. So anyone who’s pretending to be me, I hope he’s getting laid a lot."

The sister of RON GOLDMAN wants to get "cripple" his former accused murderer O.J. SIMPSON financially because it’s the only way she can get justice for her brother.
The former US football star was acquitted of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Goldman in 1994, but has since been ordered to pay their families £33.5 million (£17 million) after a civil jury found him responsible for their deaths.
Last year (06), Simpson wrote the book If I Did It, placing him hypothetically at the scene of the murder, but his publishing contract was terminated by News Corp head Rupert Murdoch 10 days before it was due to be released.
Kim Goldman does not object to the memoirs being published, but does not want Simpson to profit from the murders.
She says, "Crippling ‘the killer’ financially is now the only thing that will hurt him.
"He still has his fame and his wealth, which is why I want to see at least one of them taken from him, in order to secure some sort of justice for my brother."

Acting veteran JANE FONDA has no regrets of her on-set chastisement of Georgia Rule co-star LINDSAY LOHAN, insisting the young actress is "a nice girl, but she was late a few times".
The cast and crew of Georgia Rule were so unhappy with Lohan’s behaviour on the set of the movie, that both Fonda and the film’s producer James G.
Robinson, publicly reprimanded the 20-year-old.
Lohan had arrived on set late several times and had called in sick - despite being photographed partying the night before.
Fonda tells the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper, "I think she’s a fantastic actress and I think she’s just brilliant in this movie. She moved me to pieces.
Basically, she’s a nice girl, but she was late a few times and I yelled at her.
"One day I had had enough and went to her make-up trailer and said, ‘Come on, Lindsay! Everybody’s waiting for you!’ And I just turned on my heel and walked out.
"Afterwards, they told me she turned to her make-up person and said, ‘Barbarella just yelled at me!’" Last month (Apr07), Lohan admitted she had been "a bit irresponsible" while making the movie, but claimed this was because she was experiencing problems with her then-boyfriend Harry Morton.

MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE have denied claims they are planning to split, following bassist MIKEY WAY’s break from the band.
The group granted the rocker some time off after marrying Alicia Simmons in March (07), prompting fears from fans other bandmembers would follow.
But guitarist Frank Iero insists the band considered it important to allow Way to enjoy married life for while.
He says, "That is completely untrue (split rumours). Because of the position we’re in, we get to do things that we’ve dreamed of since we were kids. But, at the same time, we’re also denied a lot of things that we’ve also wanted to do like being there at certain family landmarks, or not being there for the people we love. We don’t get to enjoy some of the normal things in life that others take for granted. No one in this band wants any one of us to miss out on that stuff if we can help it. Those things are very important.
"We’re really glad to be able to give him that gift. He’s doing great, he’s having lots of fun."

Former Spice Girl MELANIE BROWN has laughed off reports of a rift with her ex-bandmates by joining them for dinner to mark DAVID BECKHAM’s 32nd birthday.
Brown stepped out in London just a month after giving birth to Angel Iris to join the soccer star and former Spice Girls Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell for a meal at restaurant Cipriani.
It is believed Brown, who is involved in a legal battle with Hollywood star Eddie Murphy over the paternity of her daughter, is visiting her mother in England.
